The scout network organised a bonfire and fireworks for the explorer scouts and their leaders. This was a well supported event with explorer scouts and leaders from all 4 explorer units in the Romsey District present. There was a good range of fireworks which lasted for a substantial period of time Welcome hot soup and bread was provided after. The event provided a useful opportunity for older explorer scouts to meet network members. Romsey is one of the few Scout Districts with an active scout network providing a worthwhile progression after explorer scouts. Network members are aged 18-25 years old.
The explorer scouts and leaders would like to say a huge thank you to the scout network for organising this very successful activity.
